ScrubLoo Return Policy

At ScrubLoo, our priority is making sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You can return most items purchased from ScrubLoo within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags intact, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Items that have been customized, monogrammed, or altered in any way (unless defective).
    • Clearance or final sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Gift cards or promotional items may not be returnable (please check the promotional terms for details).
  3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Contact Us: Send an email to our Customer Support team at support@scrubloo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Return Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
    • Shipping: Please pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  4. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
    • You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at support@scrubloo.com.au
    • We will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
  6. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, style, or size, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.
